Mid-Day Cafe

 

The students of the culinary arts program run the Mid-Day Cafe. They are responsible for the preparation and cooking of the meals. The students are also required to set the tables, run the cash register, and serve the food to the customers. The cafe is open to the public, being open usually on Tuesday through Thursday of each week. Menu items are subject to change and are sometimes limited in quantities. The schedule and menu for each week can be found below on this page.

 

The Mid-Day Cafe will be open Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday of this week.
