Construction Technology - AM / PM Mark Champagne is our Construction Technology instructor. Before teaching at MMTC, Mr. Champagne worked for twelve years for two large commercial contractors in the central Maine area. His duties ranged from industrial concrete work to the construction of multi-story structural steel and wood buildings. During the summer months, Mr. Champagne manages his own residential contracting company, Maple Leaf Construction. |

Construction Technology - AM / PM Spencer Falardeau, Assistant Carpentry Instructor, is in his second year at MMTC. He graduated in 1999 from Waterville Senior High School and earned an Associate Degree from Southern Maine Technical College in 2001. He has worked for Cianbro Corporation, rigging steel and operating equipment and for All Seasons Home Improvements, building garages, decks, and home additions. Mr. Falardeau has also been employed by Kenway Corporation, prefabricating fiberglass parts for industrial applications, working in paper mills and confined spaces and operating equipment. In the summer he manages his own small carpentry business, Spencer's Carpentry. |
Teacher: Keven Vachon Email: vachon@mmtc.ws Electrical I - AM / Electrical II - PM Keven has an Associate Degree in Electronics and 33 years of Electrical Experience. For the past 9 years he has operated his own Electrical Company, which his two sons have recently taken over. |
Teacher: Bonnie Tracy Email: tracy@mmtc.ws Bonnie Tracy is the Employment Readiness Instructor at Mid-Maine Technical Center. She has a BS Degree in Psychology and a Master of Education from the University of Maine Orono. Her related work experience includes social work with families and youth at risk and ten years management experience in Human Resources. Mrs. Tracy received the Faculty Award for the 2002-2003 school year. She has been a member of a NEAS&C evaluation team in Connecticut and is a member of the Advisory Committee for Alternate Assessments.
