Mid-Maine Technical Center serves 4 sending schools; Waterville, Winslow, Lawrence, Messalonskee, and Averill High Schools (grades 9-12). The average enrollment for Mid-Maine Technical Center has remained stable over the past few years at approximately 350 students. Mid-Maine Technical Center has no non-resident students, no students with English as a 2nd language and slightly less than 1/3 of our students qualify for Special Education Services.

The 3-year average dropout rate for Mid-Maine Technical Center is 11%. The average attendance rate for students is 94%; and the average rate for instructors is 99%.

Using our "7 Year Summary Report" data on 1999 graduates: 54% are in the workforce, 29% are attending a 2 or 4 year college, 7% are in the military and 10% other.

Approximately 20% of our students are named to the honor roll annually. Student awards are presented annually for Technical Performance, Honor Roll, Outstanding Student, Perfect and Excellent Attendance and Professional Development at our Student Recognition Ceremony. Mid Maine Technical Center annually inducts students into the National Vocational-Technical Honor Society. Quarterly, each year, Exemplary Student awards are presented for perfect attendance and high honors.
